The only information collected by Scorpion Multimedia is given to us by you "the customer" when you signup via our website for our weekly specials, or you use our contact form to contact us and when you leave your PC or laptop with us for servicing or your hard drive to have data recovered.

At no time will Scorpion Multimedia share your personal information with anyone except if we are required to by law. Scorpion Multimedia makes every effort to secure all personal information it collects. Any information collected by us is subject to our security policies and is treated with the utmost of confidentiality. It will never be shared with others unless with the express permission of the owner of it.

Unsubscribing From Newsletter List

You can unsubscribe at any time from the newsletter email list simply by replying to one of our Newsletters with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line of your reply and you when you are removed from our email list you reciece 1 further email email from us confirming that you have been removed. Scorpion Multimedia endeavors to fulfill all of these requests as promptly as possible however please allow up to 48hrs for your request to be forfilled.

Contact Policy

Scorpion Multimedia will only contact a visitor / Customer if they have subscribed to our newsletter email, contacted us using the “Contact Us Form” or filled in our instore customer contact \ job form when you leave your PC, Laptop for repairs or Hard drive for data recovery.

Data recovery Policy.

When you "the customer" brings your media may it be camera card, USB memory stick or Hard Drive to have data recovered from it Scorpion Multimedia will store your data on a hard drive that is not network accessable nor able to access the Internet. When Scorpion Multimedia recieves the customer's media in question we will provide a written quote with price for the recovery and will not go ahead with the recovery untill we recive the go ahead from you.
