Our RMA center is currently under construction and will be online soon! If you ever need to RMA an item you have bought from Scorpion Multimedia please email us via our web form the following required details below along with the order number which will be on your invoice. Do not send your product back to us untill you have recieved your RMA number, you will also be issued with a job ID so you can keep track of your RMA status by email ONLY! Scorpion Multimedia will not accept any RMA requests because the customer has tampered with the product and caused the damage, all products will be inspected before we send them back to the manufacturer.
